STEFAN MOLTER

As founder and Managing Partner of the "International Director's & Managment Office", I provide services as an independent and non-executive director as well as liquidator in various legal entities in the financial sector. The focus lies on traditional and alternative asset classes and state of the art Corporate Governance in European based investment vehicles, particularly in Luxembourg.

As an internationally experienced banking executive with an extensive background in managing different divisions in asset and wealth management over the past 25 years I was assigned to several leading positions in Luxembourg (12 years), Switzerland and Germany as global COO and managing director for the development of a strategic product range for wealthy private and institutional investors. Whilst ensuring full regulatory compliance I focus additionally to all traditional investments on the rapidly developing alternative asset classes, mainly private equity, real estate, private debt infrastructure and renewable energies.

During my career, I have held executive and non-executive directorships in a significant number of companies in the financial services sector, including a Funds Services Company and different SICAVs and RAIFs regulated in Luxembourg, a Private Equity Corporation regulated in Germany and Real Estate Asset Managers regulated in the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.

Currently I am mandated as chairman of the supervisory board of a Germany based private equity company and as director of the boards of a significant number of Luxembourg regulated SICAVs , RAIFs and SCSp's

As a German national I reside in Germany while frequently being present in Luxembourg on a weekly basis. I serve my clients in fluent German and English language.
